This skit walks students through the lives and contributions of famous African Americans who have assisted in making America the great nation that it is. Students will learn about the likes of Frederick Douglass, Harriet Tubman, Rosa Parks, Barack Obama, and others. Teachers can use this skit in connection to any unit on African American History or Figures that made life better for others and/or did something significant in their lifetime.
